Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Keep your OTPs and account credentials confidential. You are responsible for checking the delivery address and selected items before submitting an order.

Prices and payment

The order summary shows item amounts, any applied discount, shipping charges and the total. UPI payments are verified using the payment reference you submit. A submitted reference is not the same as a confirmed payment.

Availability and order changes

Order fulfilment depends on product availability and delivery arrangements. If an issue affects your order, customer care can discuss the available options. Contact the team for cancellation, refund or return requests.
